A Premier Cru in the heart of Champagne

On a 4-hectare vineyard classified as a "Premier Cru," all three grape varieties permitted for Champagne production thrive: Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay. Each vineyard tells its own story and brings distinctive flavors to the blends. 🍋

With passion for the “Recoltant Manipulant”

The Brunot Champagne House is proud to hold the status of a "Recoltant Manipulant (RM)." This means that all production steps—from grape cultivation to bottling—are carried out independently. 🍇 This complete control over the production process is the key to outstanding quality and a distinctive taste that can be felt in every bottle.

Tradition meets craftsmanship

Traditional methods play a central role in the creative process. Each bottle is still ridden and disgorged by hand to remove the lees. This craftsmanship, performed with great care and attention to detail, ensures that all Brunot products possess the high quality and elegance that customers expect.
